About

Welcome to Lymph Blossom. My name is Olga Meyerovich. I am certified and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant and licensed Massage Therapist practicing in the Greater Philadelphia area and local counties - such as Bucks county and Montgomery county. What is lymphedema (swelling)? The quest for the never perfect answer led me to change my career path and in 2012 brought me to meeting many groundbreaking people in the lymphedema field.
In 2013 I graduated from Harcum College with an Occupational therapy degree. Same year I received certification of completion in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and became certified in Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) with Norton School. All of my lymphatic education and techniques are deeply rooted in the Vodder method. Through the years I worked side by side with amazing lymphedema therapists from Fox Chase Cancer Center and Holy Redeemer Hospital in their Lymphedema Departments. I crossed paths with many more facilities and amazing practitioners on my quest to find the answer to my quest. I received LANA (Lymphology Association of North America) certification and continued with training through Klose School and National Lymphedema Network. Through over a decade of training and practicing I learned about numerous problems that women may experience from their surgery/s, radiation, chemotherapy treatments and trauma. I treat secondary lymphedema due to surgeries, procedures, and traumas. I also treat primary lymphedema , lipedema, lipo-lymphedema and combinational acquired venous insufficiency issues. This included fibrosis, decreased range of motion, scar tissue, pain, decreased sensation, nerve damage, swelling and Lymphedema.
I use tools and modalities, such as Lymphstar, Physiotouch (lymphatic based cupping method), Cold Laser, Manual Lymph Drainage and Compression. I use Gua Sha, Kinesio taping modalities. In 2022 my quest led me to become a licensed and insured Massage Therapist in hopes to be able to help more people in the community that have similar but more personal questions: Why do I continue to have problems after my cancer treatment and traumas? In recent years I became a Certified Cosmetic Surgery Therapist (CCST) - The Psomas Method through Norton School and was certified in oncology massage S4OM.I enjoy educating and empowering people on the benefits of lymphedema treatment in their lives. I work closely with the Strength After Breast Cancer exercise program in Holy Redeemer Hospital. I found that a balanced approach, including manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), exercise, well fitted garments and bandaging (compression), exercises and skin care can improve your quality of life physically, socially and emotionally and move you closer to self healing and maintaining these hard achieved results. I am compassionate, very creative and determined in my quest to find the best answer to the even better question: How to rebuild after treatments and find a new normal?
